Pro Online: Client Status of Accepted (Resolved)

Update 4:42pm: Accepted acknowledgements are being received and should reflect in your IRS Acknowledgement report.

Scenario:  The client status has changed to the status of accepted, however, you are not able to view and/or print your IRS Acknowledgement.

Resolution:  Our Processing Center engineers are researching this.  If the status on Client Search has changed to accepted, the Federal return is accepted.
