Update 2/13/2017 – 6:14pm EDT: We have received multiple reports from users in the field that in addition to closing all browser windows and re-opening, clearing the cache has also resolved the issue as well. We are continuing to track down the exact cause of the sporadic log outs and will continue to post updates to the blog as they become available.
We are getting reports that volunteers are getting kicked out of the return to a login page.
We are tracking down why this is happening.
Recommendation: If you get this, close all instances of your browser, open a new instance of the browser and log back in to Pro Online. This will allow you to continue working in the return. We also recommend opening a different browser than what was previously being used.
