2016 Summary/Print and PDF Issue (RESOLVED)

3/7/2017 12:07pm – Accessing Summary/Print and rendering PDF’s is working. Will continue to monitor the situation to see if it persists.

3/7/2017 11:51am – We are currently looking into reports of users receiving an “Oops” message or being kicked out of the program when attempting to create a PDF or access the Summary/Print menu.
