Generating a PDF has been resolved so you should now be able to generate a PDF for all years (2013-2016) from Summary/Print and Client List.

All access to the site should be restored. This includes the Practice Lab and the Springboard. You still may not be able to generate a PDF while we refresh the calc servers.

At this time, you should be able to log back into the site. We are still looking over a few items during the next several minutes to ensure everything is functioning as it should and remains as such. You may not be able to generate PDF’s at this time.

We are receiving calls of users being kicked out of the program and unable to log back in. Our engineers are looking into the matter. Updates will be provided as they become available.
