2/25/2020 Update from MO DOR:

“We are back up and issuing acknowledgments.  Please let me know if you still have outstanding acknowledgments.”

Software vendors received the below messaging from the Missouri Department of Revenue today.

“We are currently experiencing delays in retrieving MeF submissions and sending acknowledgments.  I will send an update as soon as I know more details.“

The site will be placed in maintenance on Monday, February 24th beginning at 5:00am ET to release the below update. Note that deployments may take up to 3 hours to complete. During this time, access to the program may be limited.

HAWAII

• Correct an issue where a second renter cannot be added to the Low Income Renter menu (Issue 4502)

MASSACHUSETTS

• Correct an issue where Scholarship Income cannot be adjusted off Form 1, Line 9 (Issue 4507)

MINNESOTA

• Correct a calculation error where the Working Family Credit (WFC) was not calculating for a single TP with no qualifying children when 21 at end of year (Issue 4520)

MONTANA

• Correct a calculation error on Form 1, Page 4, Line 13 for a single taxpayer (Issue 4479)

WISCONSIN

• Correct a calculation error where Line 6 of “Worksheet – Long-Term Care Insurance” is not being reduced by applicable Form 1, Line 11 amounts (Issue 4505)

2/20/2020 – Michigan has posted this banner to their “Where’s my Refund” page…”We are currently experiencing delays with e-file returns. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while the issue is being resolved.” This information is available HERE.

Software vendors received the below e-mail from Michigan on February 6th.

“Michigan is experiencing a delay in processing e-file acknowledgements for MI-1040 MeF submissions.  E-file acknowledgements are expected to start going out later today (2/6/2020) and to be current by the close of business tomorrow (2/7/2020). We apologize for any inconvenience this delay has caused and thank you for your patience.”

• Add Schedule ND-1PSC to generate in State PDF View (Issue 4481)
• Correct an issue where “Amount Contributed” not carrying to applicable Schedule ND-1PSC lines (Issue 4482)

• Correct an issue where Standard Deduction is applied on MFS return and spouse itemized (Issue 4471)

MICHIGAN

• Local withholdings not pulling to CF-1040 Port Huron return (Issue 4473)

PENNSYLVANIA

• Correct a display issue on PA-NPT (City of Philadelphia Net Profits Tax) where the phone number was shown instead of 1st line of street address (Issue 4469)
• Correct a display issue on PA-40 where both TP/SP showing as deceased when only SP is deceased (Issue 4477)
• Correct a display issue on PA-40 when MFS for the Spouse is being filed, but TP name displayed on PA-40 (Issue 4427)

WISCONSIN

• Correct a calculation error where Working Families Tax Credit was not being limited, when applicable, on the 1NPR when SP listed as full-year resident (Issue 4470)
