TaxSlayer offices will be closed on Sunday, April 5th for Easter. Normal in-season support hours will resume on Monday, April 6th at 8:00am ET.

We added a “View Form” print icon to the Additional Deductions menu when any of the sub-menus have been completed. You can now only generate the Schedule 1-A when you want rather than sifting through the entire return PDF.

With this mornings deployment, the Prior Year Comparison utility on the Summary/Print page has been enhanced to better serve you and the taxpayers you serve! Check out the highlights and screenshots below.

• PYC now expanded to include the current year compared to the prior two years allowing for a three-year comparison
• Expanded line items have been added to the PYC utility to give more itemized insight when comparing year over year
• Preparers can now manually plug in prior year values to compare to the current year return when prior year data is not available
• An option to print the PYC is now available

TaxSlayer VITA/TCE support will be unavailable on Wednesday, November 16th from 12:45pm – 2:15pm ET.

TaxSlayer VITA/TCE support will be closed on Wednesday, September 23rd from 8:00am – 9:30am ET for a division meeting. Normal off-season support hours will resume at 9:30am ET.
