Off-Season VITA/TCE Support Hours Begin April 24th

On Monday, April 24th, TaxSlayer VITA/TCE support will resume off-season hours of Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm ET. Support will not be available weekends.

  • Monday – 8a-5p
  • Tuesday – 8a-5p
  • Wednesday – 8a-5p
  • Thursday – 8a-5p
  • Friday – 8a-5p
  • Saturday – CLOSED
  • Sunday – CLOSED

To subscribe to the VITA/TCE Blog, follow the below steps. Subscribing will allow you to receive automatic e-mail updates highlighting recently published blog articles (generally around 10:00am ET). These come in handy during tax season!

STEP 1:

  • Visit the VITA/TCE Blog and open any blog post.

STEP 2:

  • Scroll down the page until you see the below “RSS Feed” option on the right-hand side of the screen.

For sites experiencing slowness, click this link and follow the below instructions.

Click the type of Internet Connection used at your site. Examples include Cable Internet, Public WiFi, DSL, 4G, etc. This will automatically start the Internet speed test.

 

Take a screenshot of the results and e-mail to [email protected] with Subject Line “Speed Test”.
