REVIEW REPORT (Enhancement)

Purpose:  track all returns that are using the built-in review process with the following information:

• EFIN
• Last Name
• Last 4
• Ready for review (date and time last marked as Ready for review)
• Preparer
• Current review status
• Approved (Date and time last marked as approved)
• Failed (Date and time last marked as failed)
• Reviewer (username of person that marked as approved or failed)
• Reason (displays the reason entered when marked as failed)

If the return is IRS rejected and it goes through the review process again, it will have multiple rows, otherwise, it just displays one row with the latest information
