Prior Year Error Message Regarding Customer ID (RESOLVED)

Update:   This has been resolved.  If you still experience this message, please reach out to support and they can walk  you through accessing your Customer ID via Account Hub.


Sites that have multiple EROs setup in ERO Setup are currently receiving the following message when starting a new return.  We are in the process of updating your records with your new Customer ID.  The customer ID is new and aids in Return IDs.
