The Utah State Tax Commission have indicated they are now able to process acknowledgements once again.
“We were able to get back online on Sunday.”

Software vendors received the below message from the Utah State Tax Commission. State acknowledgements from UT will not be sent until UT resolves their connectivity issues.
“We are working to resolve connectivity issues with the IRS. This applies to our production and test environments. We expect to have this resolved by Tuesday, Sept. 10. You will not receive acknowledgments from us until then.“
