Update 6:06 pm EST: We are seeing the submission page render as normal. We will continue to monitor the pages throughout the evening
Update 5:27 PM EST: We are seeing the submission page being rendered at sites. It is currently taking about 5 seconds to switch between the efile and submission page. We are continuing to monitor the pages until we have a final resolution. If you cannot complete the return, you can tag it so you know to come back and e-file it when you can navigate between the pages. You can print a copy of the return with your site specific print sets from the Client List.
We are currently rendering an error message when you attempt to click Save on the e-file screen to progress to the submission page. You will need to click Main Menu to get off the page. The engineers are currently researching the error. You can tag the return from the client list so you know to go back and complete e-file section.
We will be putting the site in maintenance mode on Tuesday, February 4th between 4:30 am and 5:00 am EST for a series of backend updates prior to our normal 5:00 updates.
Update 12:50 PM: Response times are back to normal, but we are continuing to monitor. If you are stuck in a session, you will want to close all instances of your browser and open a new browser.
We have received reports that there is slowness and the returns are stuck in repetitive calculating at the Summary/print page. Our engineers are monitoring and working to increase the response time.
We are experiencing difficulty with the phone lines. Our agents are losing audio so they cannot hear you.

Georgia is currently accepting returns. However, you will not receive return acknowledgements until Monday, February 3rd.

You will NOT be able to electronically file any IL returns until this is resolved. We strongly recommend you tag these returns so you can easily identify them to send once the issue has been resolved and we turn on “Send State Only”
