RESOLVED 4/4/18 – These VA returns can now be resubmitted.
We have opened Issue #1810 specific to Virginia Reject Code 760ADJ-014 which states, “Total Additions on Schedule ADJ/CG Line 3 must equal the sum of Interest on obligations of other state Line 1 plus Fixed date conformity addition Line 2A plus Other Additions“.
This is specific to returns requiring the Virginia Medical Expenses Worksheet addback. The fix is scheduled to go out on Monday, April 2nd. At this time, do not resubmit any VA returns with Reject Code 760ADJ-014 until this blog post has been updated as RESOLVED.
