Printing and calcs have been restored when inside of a tax return. There is still an issue with generating PDF from Client List.

We are currently investigating reports of users having issues with accessing tax returns from Client List in the 2018-2020 application years.
We are currently investigating why 2018 PDF’s are not generating at this time.

We are generating intermittent errors when accessing states. This is not impacting all states. If you are also receiving the error after continuing through Personal Information, hit the back button on your browser, change the Resident State as of 12/31/20 to “None” and continue through Basic Information. Our engineers are working to resolve.

We are aware of an issue where an error page message is rendered when attempting to access the e-file menu. This appears to be impacting all years.
